Karina Leladze

Petrus Restaurant Owner & Managing partner

"I think you need to love what you do. Love for the feast and delicious food motivated me to open a restaurant. It is important to let my guests feel comfortable. For this, I thought of creating several different comfort zones in the restaurant. I believe that Latvia is rich in nature gifts, that’s why in the restaurant menu we use a lot of local products. Based on the New Nordic food trends and using local products, we offer our guests modern Baltic cuisine. Restaurant visitors are educated, understand the product quality and recognize balanced meals, so it is always important to find new and interesting ideas and satisfy the guest needs. "
