Dmitri Fedosevich- St. Petrus Restaurant Head Chef with extensive experience working at a Michelin-starred restaurant in London. Also, in London he graduated Hospitality and Culinary Arts program at "London Kingsway College". Working in St. Petrus Restaurant, Dmitri wants to create a new trend in Latvian cuisine, based on high culinary standards and in the same time on well-established traditions of Baltic cuisine combined with New Nordic Food trends.
